The GHRM MBA of the College of Management at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) welcomed Mr. Michael Eckolt, an esteemed leader from Kyona, to the GHRM MBA Production and Operations Management class. Invited by Professor Timo Eccarius, Mr. Eckolt conducted an interactive workshop on production excellence, offering graduate students valuable practical knowledge to complement their academic studies.

During the workshop, Mr. Eckolt emphasized critical principles such as lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational agility—essential elements in today's dynamic business environment.
