Both local and international graduate students will have more opportunities and be able to apply the theories of GHRM learned in university.Students are expected to strengthen their ability of interaction with enterprises, problem solving and cross-cultural team work. Students should also strengthen their ability to solve specific issues raised by enterprises and gain cooperative values between enterprises, students and the university.
